LOGIC provides an array of services:
ALL in Support Program (ASP): If you want to stabilize your IT support budget, this is the program for you. Logic will provide all the support and administration for your network, workstations and printers for one monthly fee. No surprises, disaster recovery – included; hardware failure – included; user support – included; proactive support – included; network documentation – included.
Unlike most Managed Services Program (MSP) offerings, we will be onsite and support your staff and your network, this is not just a monitoring package, we will support all your technology for one monthly fee.
Included in the MSP is a scheduled Proactive onsite visit to ensure all equipment and updates are working, physically test and access equipment to be sure failures are minimized.
Proactive Services Program(PSP): A scheduled onsite visit to review network performance, assess network equipment, deal with any nagging issues that have come up from the last visit and be sure all equipment is functioning as it should. A comprehensive check list is completed leaving your network in good health and peace of mind your operation will be functioning affectively.
A proactive approach is more valuable than a reactive approach and will include:
- Testing of patches and updates before deployment
- Ensuring that the latest virus updates, security fixes and other updates have been promptly and properly deployed
- Reviewing backup performance, files targeted or ignored, testing a restoration and reviewing scheduling
- Review power fluctuations and the effect they have had on servers
- Create network documentation to assist with disaster recovery if required
Time and Material Services(TMS): We will provide services as needed or requested. Our technical staff will react to your support needs as they come up.
Project Development and Implementation: We will advise, develop, supply, and install servers, workstations, printers and all related network components.
